At Sheikhoo Sugar, our future is rooted in sustainable growth, technological leadership, and agricultural empowerment. Since starting operations in 1991 with a capacity of 4,000 TCD, we have expanded to become Pakistan’s largest single tandem sugar mill, now crushing 24,000 TCD.

The backbone of our operations is our agricultural network, working closely with 8,000+ farmers across 140,000 acres of sugarcane fields. We aim to invest in variety development, R&D, training, and workshops, ensuring long-term agricultural resilience and shared prosperity for growers and partners alike.

Our focus remains on self-sufficiency and energy efficiency, supported by a 135 MW power generation facility that enables us to operate independently while minimizing our carbon footprint. Guided by global technical experts and utilizing advanced Falling Film Evaporators (FFE), we are committed to optimizing production and reducing waste.
